Our upstairs room The Hayloft at Bird & Carter Farmshop is now open.
The Hayloft is available for business meetings, networking events and conferences. This unique venue oozes character and has a layout that is more quirky than your average meeting facility:
- Boardroom style set up for 12, with separate booths for smaller focus groups.
- Seating for 25 in 4 separate booths.
- A communal area with sofas and armchairs for breaks.
- A 43” flat screen TV
- A1 flipchart and pens
- Free wifi.
- Cloakroom area
- Free Parking
Bird & Carter Farm Shop can cater your event for breakfast, lunch or tea.
For example for lunch we can prepare a selection of delicious deli sandwiches on platters, crisps, fruit kebabs, mini chocolate brownies at just £12.50 per head OR homemade quiche (veggie or meaty) and salads and homemade cake for just £14.00 a head.
A selection of hot and cold drinks are available PLUS we are licenced to serve alcohol.

- £100 per half day
- £180 per day.
The price for the half and full day rate includes tea and coffee and a selection of homemade biscuits on arrival, bottles of water and sweeties on the tables.

The Hayloft is available for Private Dining
For groups of over 10 guests you can reserve a table in The Hayloft in advance and have our usual café menu or we can cook something special for your group.
We are licenced and available for evening hire, drinks parties, dinner parties and lots more.
Maximum capacity is 25 on four tables and additional sofas and armchairs.
