English Cheese is our speciality and we have lots of it.  Godminster, Cave-Aged Cheddar, Bruton Brie, Isle of Wight Blue; just ask our team for a taste. You can find French brie, Roquefort and some alpine specialities too.

Our deli counter is packed full of homemade delights. Scotch eggs, pies, sausage rolls, poached salmon fillets, quiche, bowls of salads and daily specials straight from the kitchen are there to pick up and go.

Homecooked ham, beef, salami, ready to slice.  Grab a pot and fill it with olives, artichokes, homemade pesto.

We can make you a sandwich or salad pot to take away too.



Open every day for Breakfast, Lunch and tea, serving Bristol roasted coffee and good selection of Brew teas.

Breakfast any day until 11.45pm is cooked to order.  Poached eggs and avocado, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, Sandridge farm bacon and sausages, locally baked bread; all lovingly prepared in our kitchen.

Pick and choose from our quiches and salads of the day for lunch, or have a ploughman’s platter, a homemade scotch egg, or some seasonal soup. Daily specials put up on the board every day.

Come and have a slice of cake in the morning or the afternoon: we have a fine selection.  Coffee cake, chocolate brownie with salted caramel, scones, teacakes.  Or book our afternoon tea in the hayloft for the full spread.
